My wife is a designer. Once she was a interior designer, but she is color designer (colorist). To be frankly, I don't know the difference between them. I am a SW engineer, so we are ignorant about each other's occupation. :-> However, when I make a iPhone application, we help each other to understand each other's occupation: I write a application code, and my wife draw icons and pictures. My wife, a colorist, suggested to make a program for color testing. There were a lot of troubles and considerations, but finally this program is created.

I've purchased theprogram, but it seems to only have one set of colors to match. Every time I start it it just has the yellow to orange list. That doesn't seem very useful.

This program covers all the colors: yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, and green.
If you drag down left bar, you can see other colors.
This program is about hue test. (Color consists of hue, value, and chroma)
I have a plan to update this program to test value and chroma.
This program help users differentiate colors fast and precisely, and it is very important to colorists.
I have tried dragging down the left bar, but it remains the same as in your screen shot only showing the yellow-orange sequence. The color bar just pops back up to the original position.
You need some instructions posted in English on a website.
I understand the idea, it just doesn't work in any intuitive way, or perhaps it just doesn't work at all.
By the way, I could do the hue test just fine, but it only does one color set as I've said before.

You should drag up the left color strip to see other colors.
the yellow chip is the top of the color strip, so you have to drag up the strip, and you can see the other chips (next color will be red)
I'm really sorry for frustrating you. I made a mistake because I just thought the other color chips in the strip are under the yellow-orange chips.
